Unless im missing something the SVM offer has expired as of five hours ago. No announcement of an extension which presumably would have had to be announced before expiry if it was intended.
so I think pru has won here. Orr shareholders might hold out for a while, but with no competing offer seems probable they'll accept the pru offer in the end.
