At the moment NFL has the below capital structure i think:
* A total of 38m in ordinary shares (including 2.675m escrowed until 22/03/2024; including newly issued 5m from recent 20c raise) plus 1.4m performance rights (restricted);
* A total of ~21m in options: Quoted - ~11m exp 29/06/2026 @30c;
Unquoted - 1.49m exp 29/11/2026 @30c;
- 2.15m exp 10/10/2026 @25c;
- 0.75m exp 10/10/2026 @25c (escrowed till 22/03/2024);
- 2.5m exp 18/11/2026 @25c (escrowed till 22/03/2024);
- 3.1m exp 14/03/2027 @25c (escrowed till 22/03/2024);
They still had circa $3m in the bank by the end of Sept quarter plus just raised extra $1m for the announced expedited drill program at Orroroo Project. Might be wrong but close i reckon. Cheers
