I hear you, doctors will lead them to think that way because it is the training and equipment they have. That is where it is up to the patient to hunt around for advancement. Just look at bedgers case.
My father swore by a specialist he was seeing, i thought he was an idiot, when my father nearly died from the specialists mistake he finally tried a new one and the care he got transformed his life. He can't believe he listened to the idiot one all those years.
It goes for every aspect of health care.
