Pure research sticklers would criticise the trial for offering the open-label control cohort promise of treatment - if you are going to do that they similarly should have placed the condition that they stay in the control group for the entirety of the program to qualify - but its pretty compelling evidence. Lets not forget, this is only a phase II study and importantly the patients only admitted after:
"participants had to have suffered from pain and loss of shoulder function for at least 6 months (average of 23.5), and had received an average of 4 failed treatments (including physiotherapy, corticosteroid or Platelet Rich Plasma or ‘PRP’ injections), prior to enrolment."
So the entire treatment group and the subsequent failed control cohort, all ONLY saw functional success with ATI:

That's very compelling evidence. You also have patients in the thousands like myself who have anecdotally seen success with ATI or ACI. I think J&J would be like most of us, peeved at the time this trial has taken, COVID withstanding, but the results are undeniably compelling. I would very much want to be on board if you are J&J for a partnership in a phase III, FDA overseen, trial. It would be dust ($) to J&J and offer a very cheap call option on some very easily accessible, large and high margined revenues. Perhaps that eventuality will follow.
As I have droned on time and time again. Literally every human being on the planet will have tendinosis at some point in their life. Physiotherapy and biomechanical loading regimes can offer some respite, but biologically, very simply, ATI tackles the root of the issue, using the body's own regenerative processes, but in a massively amplified manner - I personally combined the two, understanding the interplay of both. The simplicity makes it such a relatively easily commercially applicable approach to a pathophysiology that effects the entire population.
As others have said above, this needs to be out there giving relief to the millions, yes millions, of people who traditional standard of care treatments have failed to help. We all know someone who has some nagging or painful tendon ailment this could actually benefit. Even if you don't want to recommend to others to buy this stock, as others have above, people should at least be compelling sufferers they know, to at least have a look at this ATI treatment option for tendinosis. These results and others provide very compelling evidence that it would bring them relief and improved quality of life.
