I feel the same but talking to someone today who has had an eye on occ for a while and is a shrewd investor (and very blunt) he feel this deal could be a dud. He told me they could come out of it marching time. He is waiting for more insight into potential income from the deal and how lucrative it is before he comits. He said he is not scared to pay more per share for certainty.
