Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I understand these $0.40 options correctly then for Thadhani to convert all 3 million into shares he will have to spend 1.2 million dollars of his own money. If he is smart about it he will only do that when the share price is significantly higher and when he feels confident the price will not drop down again. It seems to me he has a strong incentive to see the share price rise - and to continue rising.

Of course, it remains to be seen what he can achieve for Orthocell but if he can facilitate a significant deal for Remplir- which I think will be the really big earner for Orthocell - then these options will look like a reasonable payment for services rendered. Who will be complaining if the share price doubles or goes to a dollar in the next couple of years?
