    He did have a lot, was in top 20 holders list for a while. He backed the company in like we have and never saw any returns. It was a good investment decision and like the rest of us, was left scratching his head at why the sp never went anywhere to this day.

    Many times you hear people complain that institutions and wealthy people get all the good shares and what they usually do is keep a company sp down for an extended period, even years, until all the small holders give up and sell out. OCC looks like a classic case apart from the fact no institutions or other wealthy buyers are accumulating shares, it really has me baffled. Galaxycar and now hotdog have decided to sell out, i really dont blame them. I think its the wrong decision but they may very well be making the right decision.
