    If you think the board would let this company go for under 50 cents you have not been paying attention to their share ownership (bar some tax requirements and Callahan's who knows what personal finance issues a couple of years ago, no insider share selling) or upside call option exercise prices. No way they'd let this go under $2. It would still be dust for a big Pharma at that price.
