I got a quote some time ago for rotator cuff injury but turned out I was not a suitable candidate. Cost was $3000 plus gst for OCC to prepare stem cells from the biopsy of the tendon plus whatever the surgeon or other doctor charges for taking the biopsy and then injecting the stem cells. I would have used a surgeon so was expecting 4K or bit more. Scans would be extra.
