I went through the various Claims, Rejections, and Request for Reconsiderations, and most of the rebuffs constitute objections to the wording and descriptions of what the various contents of the kit relate to.
Mark V Stevens (the reviewer) has repeatedly pressed them to be very, very precise with their wording which has meant they’ve had a lot of trouble getting it over the line. And even with this granted NOA, they’re still not there yet.
Just a side note; this is not a patent, it is merely a NOTICE OF ALLOWABILITY (to pursue a patent), so still a couple of years off before they can get this to market.
