Yes @zecs, you're right, mate, it appears only a formality until the Patent is given, but it will take a longer time frame than we might assume given their priority push for Remplir at the moment. IMHO.
From my reading of the FRPR Certified Copy of Foreign Priority Application, it appears this NOA relates specifically to OrthoACI (their cartilage regeneration kit). Which is great, because although rarely discussed, it very much appears to be progressing to market in the background!
So kudos again for finding this little nugget of info.
