All depends on your buying and nothing stopping anyone averaging down or accumulating if they believe in the story and they choose to do so. Not investing advice. Seems that there is more behind this CR to what was announced as there was certainly no major rush to raise funds right now and could of let the stock price move strongly forward.
Pretty obvious actually because they mentioned in the GBA announcement , MDR and FDA updates which could of been 3 announcements which could of absorbed much of that supply in the mid one cent area and and encouraged a parabolic move forward. If you think it is a level playing field your living in the twilight zone.
