I dont see how not listing on the Olso Bors would have a major effect on the stock price - sure, it would be easier to raise local money for that mine - and would open the share price up to more buyers - but good mines are funded all kinds of ways - from money who's origins are often in other countries.
To me it doesn't change the NPV / market cap ratio. Doesn't change the demand for their minerals. I'll hold - maybe buy more if it dips.
