Maybe its not that they were after local money but wanted to get into some of the deep pockets...
Norway has world's largest sovereign wealth fund so maybe the listing there was an attempt to get into that cash pool. Good story for the fund too, EV market, Local jobs, money in country, etc..
was a good strategy, unfortunately didn't stick.
so is the thinking they'll go into a capital raising now? They still need the capital for next stages
