The Spanish company that held the asset has been around for nearly 5 years.This project has been worked on for a long period of time by this group with significant money spent to date. You don’t just get a 150kg bulk sample delivered on your desk with these grades overnight, it takes time!
So think about that for a moment. Have you ever seen a company doing 16 channel samples, assaying a 150kg bulk sample with met work and write environmental bonds for a permit in less than 2 months?? This company did not come pop out of thin air.
Yes perhaps the Australian vehicle was set up recently but this was to allow this asset to be spun out from the Spanish entity and then acquired by OSM. Nothing wrong with that.The Spanish company has multiple mining assets in there I am told, not just this asset hence the structure.
People need to relax and do proper DD. Think before jumping on a band wagon of posts.
