I think they sure are showing shareholders the big middle finger.
The least a business can do is offer existing shareholders the same as the insto's, especially when there's a 15%+ discount to market!
I emailed them to say that and didn't even get a reply... disgraceful arrogance.
I wish I could bring myself to sell in protest, but share price movements suggest that this CR was rushed through to make sure friends and family were well provided for prior to some positive developments.
I don't know why the ASX and ASIC let companies get away with this kind of stuff. Management are meant to be running the business to the benefit of shareholders?!
