I suspect because its just a small development in its logistical sales net work that is already well established. In fact this was one of the problems with this company's finances IMO. They literally ran before they could walk, expanding an expensive global sales network too quickly ahead of the required growth to make them economical. That said the fix costs are done and the variable costs on them reduced, so with the recent addition of Zimmer and other progression, when the sales do hit critical mass, they will amplify quickly on an extensive sales network globally (this an old edition in need of updating of course):
