There have been other dilutive and punishing corporate debt structures that have killed this stock for long-term holders that pre-date this. Its sadly a different approach to a long sad story. INvestors were well aware of this before you came along. You've still not addressed my disclosure assertion I see.
Buying OSX if of course a punt (personally I think of it as a call option that could indeed likely decay to zero) but at very low prices that reflect the financial situation and should the company manage to get towards neutral cash flow on sales growth, then the share price may prove to be value despite the AOF convertible notes deal.
You might notice the price spikes on this thing that reflects that possibility. Admittedly often investors not understanding the financial circumstances (again which I have explained myself in the past on these threads). You were preaching (rudely) to the converted. There is value in iron disulfide - as long as you are very aware its fool's gold and not gold.
