This is an atrocious mess. These approvals in the making and had they been announced prior to the absolute mess of successive corporate actions, none of them would have been necessary - just a simple cap raise on an announcement spike.
Were it not already financially mis-managed, this now has been a mockery of in listing terms and shareholders. I feel sorry for a lot of shareholders who will have given up, or not read the or understood the actions correctly and sold out. Shares were sold for a tenth of the value they are worth today and rights entitlements for a lot more.
An absolute mess.
(I have to say a buy sentiment here, purely on trading value, but not this utterly appalling management lot)
