i'm not of the mind to capitulate yet, but can understand those who have endured this for a longer period.
Good product, they need to establish strategic collaborations with financial muscle. That is, the cost burden is shifted significantly so that the market will take a view of riding on a larger big brothers financial coat tails.

They need to pull such a rabbit out of the hat, which will shift market attention.

You have to think what is the current market rational ? - good product, growing adoption, but slow and not exceeding overheads, leading to lower CRs. The market did get excited briefly when the china door was opened a little. But has not been followed through with in any significant manner.

Maybe, that strategic partner needs to be china with teeth. Or some other existing framework of current user base taking equity. ? Put this to the surgeons using it. Would they like to keep using it ? or see it come unavailable with a financial insolvency of the company ? Motivate the end user base and government grants etc, to put some support ? Just spit balling here. But thats the sort of thing which will shift market attention to them having over come the gap in revenues to costs.
