He joined as a board advisor back in December 2019 for an initial twelve month period. People like that who has built a strong reputation in the market over the years don't just agree to help without having looked under the hood and feels there could be real potential. You have him + RMD CFO as chair running the board and what I believe to be a good product, my only concern is COVID delaying sales and distribution access into hospitals particularly given they've yet to gain real traction with decision-makers / thought leaders within what is a niche field so sales growth will be slow which coupled with interim cash burn and their limited capital means they don't really have too much ability to ramp up sales and marketing activities (but I guess you don't want to waste finite resources under current COVID conditions anyway). It could potentially be a 5/10/20 year long term growth stock but just need to set the right expectations near term. Thankfully it's a super tight register.
My other question is exactly what is Executive Director Geoff Pocock's role within the company given there is already a CEO (Khoon Seng Goh). Why is there two executives at the top? Feel free to enlighten me.
