    Very simple fundamentals - IP is worth more than the current EV. ZB wanting to distribute the product also means they would very happily acquire the IP.

    Strongly suggest people look at a company called OSSIS and what ZB did there.
    First - distribution agreement, 24months later they acquired the business.
