    I’m definitely not neutral on this—capitulation. Sure, 4% interest is fine, and 6% fees are cheaper than what an underwriter would charge. But game play for a moment. OSX an AUD$4.6 market cap. They can convert up to $20M worth of notes to shares at 80% of the lowest 5 trading days' value within the 45-day window leading up to conversion. Who would be in in control of the company then? It's like handing over the keys to your brand-new Porsche to a drunk private school kid on Schoolies week thinking "Na it be good"
