Yes, good points, Bedger. I’m playing devil’s advocate here since I have zero invested. Maybe it’s the sheer size of the $20M convertible note vs. the $4.6M market cap, along with the significant controlling interest level of dilution possibilities, that raises enough doubt for me not to invest. Not saying it’s a bad investment, it just doesn’t present the catalyst or position that meets my trigger point.

If it were my $20M, I’d take over the company, delist it, rejuvenate for 36 months, and relist somewhere like Singapore, where intellectual investments are more appreciated.The product itself is great, which is why I’m interested. I believe the best form of socialism is free market capitalism—where investing in a good product or service can add real value to humanity.
