Lots of discussion on the stock trading on this thread and little discussion of the business implicaiton of this announcement. OSX's difficulty in raising sales, that led, coupled with fiduciary complacency in 2021/2, to their capital crisis and SP destruction.
I don't think the significance of this announcement much recognised by the mkt if investors comments above anything to go by. SingHealth almost is the Singapore health system network. The CEO has flagged, what anyone looking at OSX would have always recognised a risk, the difficulty in professional adoption of innovative practices in a traditionally conservative industry. This from a government pushing strongly to make Singapore the bio-tech hub of Asia. This an innovative and compelling Singaporean medical advancement story.
Whilst the silly corporate actions, recent approvals and crazy share price movements understandably caught the sensationalizing media and investor attention, I expect 2Q24CY sales to improve as Korean sales come back online and perhaps 3Q24CY Singaporean sales start emerging from this (and of course approvals - some lag there).
