Put it this way, you have a 12m mc company, that has another company wanting to spend 10m in setting up a Chinese arm to its production and distribution.
So what did it cost us ? Nothing. One of the best capital raising by another company to the benefit of our shareholders. That capital is held by the other company of course, but it benefits our expansion.
Thats getting another mans dog to chase your cows.
