Also, i have seen this time and time again, CR flips, shortfall, for some they dont care about a long position, for them its a transaction to provide the company with additional cash, and redeem that. So the company when it places a shortfall, to some, its not like offering it to your grandmother, but the wolf. Its just an over supply condition that will pass, is why i call it rain clouds. When that over supply is no longer available to depress the price, the sunshine comes back out, and the normal market demand will return and engage the price which normal sellers offer it.
