Just a prediction DM; wouldn't put the house on it.
A share price in my experience is very little to do with actual worth (especially small caps) but more based on possibilities in the future - which this certainly is; and for another company to provide $10M to this agreement for what seems undervalued stock (OSX) can only be a great thing.
