Hello. It appears MM1 must raise $10M. MM1 is currently valued at $20M (I don't know its projects) therefore I guess MM1 could raise $10M at 16 cents which would value these projects at $10M and make the MM1 market cap $30M. All I know is I won't be queuing up to buy. All the best, here.
