Can some just clarify this point
The Company is also in the process of securing DTC eligibility from The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation
(“DTC”). The process of seeking DTC eligibility is independent of listing on the OTCQX. PO3 is enabling this process
through the American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC.
