Decent start. Revenue is all about referrals and ad traffic for the banks via mortgage calculators and the like.

I also like the interactive aspect with valuing your house.

I was annoyed that it ran so strongly from 35c a few months back. But it seems to be a genuinely unique model that could actually monetise the hits on the web-site.
