Where did you hear or did it mention that Half Brick will not be taking up the offer? Another way I am looking at it is that cash burn (as stipulated on slide 4 of teh presentation on the 17/2) has decreased from :
2.29m -> 1.83m -> 1.48m
They had 1,8m in the bank as of the end of Jan and no doubt by know they may be close to getting through that and would have depleted by April/May... So hopefully another 4mil will get them to the point of being cash flow positive.
