It specifically states they have already secured 800k from institutional and sophisticated investors and then the 2nd last dot point states that Other Level Directors will participate up to 1.12 million (so we are already up to 2 million). I am sure that most other companies will also throw their money in the ring as it is in their best interest to keep the company afloat... It is always small investors that bail...

For this year so far only 250k of shares have exchanged hands!! Do you think this is major institutions or small time traders who are impatient? Als there are only 4 sellers left in the queue which means most are not wanting to bail.

In summary Directors are fully behind it (which is rare), Sophisticated/Institutional investors are behind it/The top 20 will be behind .. so therefore so am I.

I also love that the Director are in on the placement and that is some comfort for me, but IMO the other big boy institutions like Half Brick approx 25% shareholder are NOT taking up the offer. So the total capital raised with be in the 2 to 2.5 Mil range.
