What I like about this announcement isn’t the content (although I’m quite happy with the detail) but is the timing. To send out a non price-sensitive announcement after the bell goes (4:10pm) usually means there is/are other more important imminent announcements. In my view, they have announced this information so that there isn’t anything to cloud the next announcement. Could be wrong but I have a good feeling…
