Extra 20mil for Acquisitions and 7mil (10-3mil). I’m “ok” with the terms …elevated rates but gives us access to further capital. Some may say it’s too dear but in these uncertain times to have “surety” of access without going through further rigmarole, it’ll do .
just more liquid on the coffers if needed (PS some hints in this that they have some targets squared up in 2023)
