Long history of unsuccessful drills in the Visayan channels between islands....Perhaps best they don't bother...although it would be a shame if someone else did it - and pulled up a great result....I always was wondering what Lampos would bring...
The Japanese drilled around for a few years offshore with nothing substantial as far as I recall in the Visayas. Not to mention the hostility of local fishermen and communities etc to contend with.....
