    Did they just not give all required documents or info required in a timely manner ??

    Or was this possibly some type of scheme to flush out or progress potential buyers of company...ie we will be giving away this cash early in 2024 so you better act quick. Then no takers and now back to chasing their tails trying to get everything in line to actually return the capital. Just frustrated musings
