It did seem like they had a much higher sale price but for whatever reason that fell through. I feel like we're in a similar situation here, but big difference is there is one major holder who is calling the shots. Herod's contract and expertise make me hopeful thos won't be a long process, but I thought the same thing with Mike's contract and also when Herod was brought on, so I've been wrong twice before on OEL.
