Not an accountant, but I had looked at the US$100.8 million of accumulated losses as at 31/12/23 as leading me to think ample losses before it could argued the distribution is a return of capital rather than a dividend. You could be right though and this would definitely lower my valuation of OEL if indeed part of the distribution ends up being a dividend.
