Makes me suspect that all of their energy has been spent busily working on another outcome or prong to it. Today’s apparent “afterthought” to something that shareholders approved back in Nov signals to me either they’ve been buying more time to complete whatever else they’re secretly doing under the “strategic review” subheader so that it can be presented as a more fulsome package in April, or their other efforts to date have now drawn a blank so they just have to push ahead with the original task.
