One of my data sources indicates that Free Float has decreased, i.e., Shares Not for Sale(?)/held by Insiders (typically Strategic and management) have increased by around 120m - see table below.
This could be a data glitch, i.e., garbage in/garbage out.
But it does give food for thought.
