Looks like the retiring of JJ and delay of capital return for three months may somehow be linked.
Could a consortium (involving JJ) come forward in July to take this company private - all they have to do is offer around 1.5 cents per share and the game will be over - maybe that's why the share price is hovering around 1.2 cents (a 25% premium will do the trick). The company shares must be worth at least 2.5 cents (insiders must have done the various calculations) - a nice little $50m profit.
