He means CE1 I think.I suspect each ruling is independent. I feel like they won't let this get to AGM without copying every other playbook of a company returning capital and paying the distribution prior to receiving a ruling. Otherwise there will be pitchforks and I suspect very valid questions over why not increase the distribution.
