This is being deliberately dragged out. I simply do not believe - bearing in mind the relative simplicity of what is being proposed here - the original timetable that was given or that company officers were genuinely committed to achieving a timely ruling on this from when it was first announced on October 27 last year. It is chain dragging of epic proportion.
