I think they need to come clean on what the holdup is. Three sets of tax advisors and what will be 497 days from initial announcement to actual payment date, assuming 7 March isn’t pushed out again too. Has the application for a class ruling uncovered complex issues or irregularities with the tax affairs of the company that must be worked through with the ATO before they provide a ruling?
