I asked myself that question a couple of years ago when OEL dropped to 1.8c sp with 4cps cash in the bank and no debt.
As it turns out, the market didn't know much at all, as OEL sp rose to over 5c within 6 months...
Operations and fundamentals look ok to me. They'll perforate another sand early Sept to keep production above 4000 bopd, hence no hurry to drill VR232 yet.
I expect the D5 reserves will come in larger than expected in the Collarini report. Not sure how they'll class the B65 main structure since they are yet to drill test it.
