From a reading of the notice, BSA is EAL's client on the Adelaide Hospital project, ergo, EAL must be a subcontractor to BSA. Your guess is as good as mine as to whether it has any significance to BSA. Argy bargy about variations on building contracts is pretty standard, but it is also how things can go south, profit wise, if your company gets stuck with the bill after the game of pass the parcel about paying for the variations.
