well well - this is NOT a very good ann without putting to much emphasis on NOT!!! - hell - how come TDO make NO mention of potential JV partners which were assessing the project - GONE - how come - to hard a deal by TDO?? - incoming partners driving too hard a bargain?? - prospect not that good - or NO come back when u have 3D coverage over entire permit ( a bit extreme given the first prospect would have tested the hypothesis on charge/resevoirs etc etc). Most permits only cover part 3D given best from 2D prospect, drill, then if successful yes carry out more 3D.
now with no JV, no money in bin we are off to the races to do 3D - but not next week - end 2018, results?? well mid 2019
