hopefully most of the stock was placed with good longer terms holders.

The fact pinetree were included makes it sound like the managers went to every effort to make this happen.

Also the fact no one 'knew' what was happening beforehand on this forum prior to today says to me they didnt just offer stock willy nilly to every tom dick and harry 'sophisticate'.

I would rather see extra stock issued at a 10% cheaper price to strong hands than shares issued at an extra price to people looking to flip stock.
