Guys, speculation here, but I think Phils Creek and IOV are the least of their concerns now. This is a 23% resource increase, and the language is now around a "HUB", with all transport within 50k. I think they are positioning themselves to have too much great IO to ignore. They've barely expored the rest of buckland hills, and I feel 1B MT is not out of the question, especially given they haven't announced the IOV upgrades.

Wish I hade more dollars to load up, but the valuation the market is giving this is ludacris at the moment.
